MMGY Global is the world's leading integrated marketing company specialising in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry representing multiple agency brands with one goal: to inspire people to go places. 

We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic PR intern to join our Destinations PR team, working with travel & tourism clients in the London office. You'll provide administrative support and assistance to the PR account team and help promote the public image of the destination, tour operator and hotel clients on our roster. 
  
You will work closely with our experienced Destinations PR team who will assign tasks associated with the day-to-day running of client accounts and provide guidance and feedback throughout the duration of the internship. 
   
Day-to-day duties and learning opportunities:   
  • Supporting the Destinations PR team 
  • Building your PR skills 
  • Attending team meetings 
  • Learning and understanding how we promote global destinations, tour operators and hotels in the UK and European markets 
  • Drafting press materials such as press releases, media alerts, and pitches 
  • Becoming familiar with the media landscape through research, media monitoring, reporting and developing media/influencer lists 
  • Supporting client event planning and coordination; as well as general destination client support
  • Working with global destinations, tour operators and hotels
 


Programme Details
 
As an Intern at MMGY Global, you will receive hands-on work experience. We will assign you a supervisor within the team who will help to foster your professional development and guide you throughout your time with us. 
 
MMGY Global’s internships are paid and will run from Monday 8th June to Thursday 6th August. Salary: £25,350 per annum pro rata, working 37.5 hours per week. In the office Monday - Thursday, with Friday working from home (or in the office if you prefer).
