What We’re Looking For:

Meltwater is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent for the Americas, you will own recruitment across the Mexico market, helping to attract top talent and drive the growth of our newly established office.
You’ll recruit across a variety of functions, including Product, Engineering, Global Services, IT, Accounting, and more, gaining exposure to diverse hiring needs and contributing directly to Meltwater’s growth and success. 
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Mexico, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.

  • Partner with local and regional hiring leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, engaging universities, industry networks, and external partners.

  • Contribute to the growth and culture of the Mexico office by helping shape recruitment strategies and processes locally.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, support cross-region initiatives, and align with company-wide TA strategy.

  • Manage and maintain the candidate journey within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate status updates, timely communication, and a smooth, compliant hiring process from application through offer.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3–5 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proven track record of filling roles across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, IT, Accounting, and Global Services.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with local and regional teams.

  • Passion for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Jobvite is a plus.

  • Experience supporting end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment, or strong hands-on exposure across multiple stages of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

  • Legally authorized to work in Mexico.
