As a Managed Services Associate, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests. 
  • Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
  • Ensure high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success (CS) and Premium Support teams to address customer needs via a ticketing system. 
  • Learn and apply best practices in data organisation and customer workflows. 
  • Work under guidance from senior team members, progressively developing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS Support, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. 
  • Interest in solving customer challenges or requests within the capabilities of our product suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work efficiently in a structured environment. 
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. Highly desired: Korean language proficiency.
  • Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.
  • The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Managed Services environment within a SaaS business.
  • Knowledge of data operations, integrations, or reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, data formats) is a plus.
