Revenue Operations Analyst

What We’re Looking For:
The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving adoption, efficiency, and performance across Meltwater’s global GTM tech stack. Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you will partner with leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure operational excellence, streamline processes, and turn data into actionable insights.
You’ll help maintain the health, governance, and integration of systems across the GTM ecosystem - bridging the gap between analytics, operations, and sales to drive scalable growth.
What You'll Do:
Tech Stack Management & Adoption
- Manage user access, permissions, and profiles across Meltwater’s GTM systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting issues within the tech stack.
- Act as a primary resource for new sales hires, ensuring successful onboarding, tool adoption, and continued usage of Meltwater’s essential platforms.
- Partner with Enablement to reinforce best practices and drive consistent usage across Meltwater’s core tools.
- Monitor and analyze usage data to identify adoption trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize tool workflows and ROI.
Systems Administration & Data Integrity
- Act as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting integrations across systems such as Gong, 6Sense, Totango, ZoomInfo, and Marketo.
- Partner with BizApps, IT, and RevOps teams to manage updates, permissions, and release schedules.
- Maintain system documentation and process standards for global scalability.
Analytics & Operational Insights
- Build dashboards and reports to measure tech stack adoption, sales performance, and business impact.
- Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support GTM strategy and business reviews.
- Translate data into insights that inform process design and performance improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical/technical role. Direct sales experience is also a plus.
- Fluency in Salesforce required; admin-level experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, 6Sense, Totango, Gainsight, Outreach, Clay, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Marketo is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and document SaaS platforms used by GTM teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and regions.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
