About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our Hyderabad office three days per week. This junior-level role will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing vendor relationships, supporting cultural initiatives, and Workplace team projects including potential remote support of other office locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee basic office maintenance and liaise with building management and vendors for repairs, cleaning, and supplies.
  • Assist with managing office property and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support office events by coordinating catering and supplies.
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring smooth external appointments.
  • Order, track and replenish office snacks and supplies as needed.
  • Support new hire onboarding by providing tour, desk assignment, providing building and office access as needed
  • Support offboarding of employees leaving the company by collecting access cards and IT equipment if required
  • Coordinate with Global Workplaces team on projects as needed
  • Manage procurement, invoices, payments and vendor documentation
  • Handle office-related budgets, expense tracking, and cost optimization
  • Support invoice processing, reimbursements, and documentation in coordination with the Global Workplaces / Finance teams

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in GSuite
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and customer-service oriented
