We’re looking for a Doctor Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting our doctors, patients, and care teams.

You’ll work side-by-side with doctors, helping coordinate treatments, streamline workflows, and ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality care. What you’ll do
- Partner closely with doctors, providing hands-on coordination and support
- Keep the day moving by managing workflows, scheduling consults and diagnostics
- Act as a central point of communication for the team and clients
- Help guide the care team by delegating tasks and ensuring follow-through
- Communicate with clients regarding care plans, discharge instructions, updates, and questions when needed
- Support medical documentation with ezyVet and SmartFlow
- Assist with outpatient procedures and ensure all treatments are completed efficiently
- Help train and support team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative environment
Who you are
- Experienced in veterinary medicine (emergency experience is a plus)
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- A strong communicator who works well with both clients and teammates
- Adaptable, dependable, and energized by a fast-paced setting
