We are looking for:

Client Services Clinical Manager

MedVet Clinical Managers have significant clinical experience and have taken the next step in their technical career. This role requires a minimum of 30 clinical hours a week with the remainder of their schedule dedicated to administrative responsibilities that are focused on the development and success of their teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage daily activity and operations of Front Desk(s), Communications Center and Cancer Center CSRs
  • Provide direct front desk client assistance; direct and provide information to clients and facilitate the resolution of client complaints and queries
  • Address any immediate client concerns, track medical record/finance paperwork, and inform appropriate individuals
  • Perform and monitor the daily balancing report, deposits etc., in collaboration with the Director of Finance
  • Oversee inventory and restocking of office supplies and medical records
  • Oversee all miscellaneous client services duties to assure that team members are effective and efficient in meeting job responsibilities
  • Provide systematic training to new employees and oversee cross training of existing employees
  • Prepare routine reports and maintain timely and consistent communication
  • Provide on-call support for team members and be accessible 24 hours a day
  • Complete other tasks required to affect the smooth flow of daily operations
  • Prepare departmental staff schedule, approve PTO and monitor payroll

Who you are: 

  • Highschool diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in the medical field
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn industry specific programs, multitask and problem solve
  • Promote a professional and caring image of MedVet through high personal standards
  • Ability to communicate sympathetically and courteously with clients
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
