What You’ll Be Doing:

The Marketing Data Specialist will be an integral part of day-to-day marketing operations, focusing on maximizing recruiting resources and continuously growing the talent pool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our internal teams to develop outreach strategies to find candidates for our Physician Recruitment teams. The Marketing Data Specialist will actively source new healthcare providers, create candidate acquisition projects, tag inbound marketing leads, and post on job boards.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Data Specialist who is highly dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical mindset and be someone who can think outside the box.

In this role, you will:

  • Consistently strive to enrich, qualify, and increase the Bullhorn CRM database by maximizing recruiting resources.
  • Develop, test, and track lead gen strategies to create an effective sourcing plan.
  • Utilize various job board websites and other candidate sourcing resources daily to obtain current provider information.
  • Identify the channels and strategy to source candidates – think job boards, sourcing tools, databases, etc.
  • Post open opportunities to job board platforms and remove the posting once the job has been closed.
  • Codify and import marketing leads and collaborate with internal departments on a follow up strategy.
