Description

As a Client Success Manager on our Client Services team, you will be focused on managing and developing an assigned portfolio of existing accounts to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic plans for account growth while managing the day-to-day operations of their client portfolio.          

This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1-2x a week.  

   

In this role, you will:      

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow your assigned accounts
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets for your client portfolio
  • Stay educated and maintain knowledge and understanding of market trends, as well as competitors within your industry and client portfolio to capture market share
  • Engage our clients to uncover their objectives and needs, aligning our services where opportunities exist
  • Work collaboratively with internal business partners to deliver solutions and drive revenue
  • Ensure client retention by building strong, trusting relationships supported by accountability to coverage commitments
  • Responsible for all activities related to vetting and onboarding of our providers from provider presentations to credentialing and contracting
  • Proactively identify critical risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve the issues
  • Participate in organizational activities to meet or exceed company objectives by attending and participating in national sales meetings and national/regional sales conferences

Requirements:      

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of sales and/or client management experience
  • Ability to travel; approximately 20%
