Description

The Government Delivery Director will lead a team of high-performing recruiters within the Government Division. In this role, you will manage, develop, and lead a team to ensure effective delivery of services and sales growth. This is an incredible opportunity to run your own team while identifying and implementing strategies to enhance performance and growth in an established but evolving sector. 
 
This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire.
 
In this role, you will: 
  • Lead and coordinate the recruiting team’s delivery against client staffing needs. 
  • Prioritize and allocate resources to projects in alignment with division goals and growth strategies. 
  • Assist in evaluating current and proposed systems, processes, and procedures and developing recommendations/enhancements to keep assigned division functioning efficiently. 
  • Oversee recruiter production weekly and ensure monthly goals are achieved; proactively work with team members to address any existing challenges. 
  • Identifies delivery trends and proactively puts solutions in place to address challenges 
  • Leverage internal and external data points to determine market strategies, direction, and growth plans. 
  • Stay up-to-date on and operate within all Government –specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as laid out within the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, while providing creative solutions for complex sales and operational challenges; point of contact in the escalation process 
  • Ensure team members have development plans in place and are provided the consistent performance feedback necessary to be successful in their role and grow professionally. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and onboard new hires to support the needs of the business. 
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, division-specific as well as companywide. 
  • Prepare and deliver performance results at Monthly Strategic Business Unit reviews in conjunction with Vice President of Delivery
