Product Manager

Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative product solutions that directly impact the lives of our members. You will drive strategy, roadmap and execute Marine Credit Union’s member experience suite of products by working with internal stakeholders and external members. This position will fuel member acquisition, engagement and retention based on product design and marketing presentation. You will be uniquely positioned within the organization to drive change and improve member and employee experience within your assigned area of focus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, marketing and operations, to execute product launches and updates.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable product plans.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Define the product strategy and manage the product roadmap.
- Align stakeholders around shared vision for the product.
- Identify member challenges and ideate solutions.
- Solicit and manage member feedback and internal requests.
- Monitor and report on product performance.
- Shape the evolution of all products which includes future roadmap enhancements.
- Provide guidance and leadership during product development initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for product positioning and identify new product opportunities.
- Lead a cross functional working group during product creation and execution.

- Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal skills.
- Experience translating complex information to multiple audiences including strong executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to execute product vision and maintain product effectiveness.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and lead development teams.
- Proven ability to effectively elicit business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, technology, or finance.
- Financial Industry experience a plus
- General knowledge of SCRUM software development methodologies such as Agile.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis or market strategy related role.
Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation):

- Use of a computer and telephone required.
- Occasional bending, stooping, or crouching may be required.
