Education & Tuition Reimbursement

To increase job proficiency and advance your nursing career, LMH Health encourages and assists you in your education through our tuition reimbursement program. If you work full-time over 36 hours a week, you may qualify for up to $2500 per calendar year tuition reimbursement. Part time employees that work 20-35 hours per week may qualify for up to $1500 per calendar year.

LMH Health also offers tuition discounts at local schools such as MidAmerica Nazarene University and Ottawa University.

Student Loan Forgiveness

LMH Health is recognized as a public service organization by the Department of Education. You may qualify for student loan forgiveness through this program when you choose to work for LMH Health.

Nurse Residency Program

If you are recent nursing school graduate, our nurse residency program will help you become proficient in the coordination of care by applying effective decision making skills based on patient and family healthcare needs and priorities. This program will facilitate a smooth transition from student nurse to professional member of the LMH Health healthcare team. Learn more
