At LMH Health, we are committed to being a partner for lifelong health for the communities we serve. The Integration Architect works across multiple solution areas, and is able to solve complex integration issues by doing one or many of the following: Ability to troubleshoot at the database layer in order to determine root cause of highly complex issues; Augment or enhance standard system functionality with the use of custom CCL, HTML, or Discern Expert rules in order to improve outcomes, workflow, or end user satisfaction with the system; Demonstrates expert level knowledge in numerous applications, while understanding all necessary integration points, and how to troubleshoot issues systematically across those; In the area of Revenue Cycle, possess a deep understanding of all functional areas and integration points, including 3rd party transaction services, patient accounting, interfaces, and payment solutions; Ability to support and troubleshoot financial reporting applications across multiple platforms; Provide training and guidance to analyst in the support of various applications. May lead Small to Medium size projects that may be more technical in nature. May assist Project Managers in defining scope/architecture in more detail in order to deliver better-defined tasks for analyst and/or project team members.

  • Develop advanced custom CCLs to support clinical decision support processes
  • Develop system enhancements with a combination of CCL and EKM rules to improve end user satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and/or patient safety
  • Serve as an escalation point for analyst for more complex issues
  • Support and/or manage domain activities such as Performance Improvement, Service/Content package releases, system maintenance events, and any corresponding validation activities
  • Support Revenue Cycle applications across multiple disciplines: Patient Accounting, 3rd Party transaction services, Charge Services, FSI, Patient Access
  • Work closely with department stakeholders on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while using available tools to track and measure progress 
  • Communicate key messages to the team, including testing requirements, domain, and code strategies
  • Coordinate workflow integration touch points, supporting application analysts
  • Ensure design decisions include considerations across solutions and fall within scope
  • In conjunction with the end user department, develop appropriate testing strategies and scenarios, and drive the testing process to ensure the system is adequately tested both from a design and workflow perspective
  • Support department operations by assisting with support ticket delegation and escalation



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or professional experience equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Customer service skills an asset


    • Master's degree in related discipline
