Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role will be in the Health System Pharmacy (not Inpatient).

We’re looking for you.

Pharmacy Technicians at LMH Health support pharmacists with the timely, accurate preparation, and distribution of medications while meeting regulatory requirements and providing high quality customer service. Technicians eligible for promotion must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and problem solve with all members of the pharmacy team. 

Responsibilities

  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Assist healthcare providers and patients in person or via phone by completing register transactions, responding to questions, and triaging appropriate inquiries to the pharmacist.
  • Supply and inventory management skills.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and working in multiple software programs.
  • Competent in retail pharmacy workflow processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician Registration with Kansas Board of Pharmacy.
  • Plan to complete national certification as set forth in the Kansas Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Preferred:

  • Prior Pharmacy Tech experience.
  • Pharmacy Tech certification.
