We’re looking for you. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Clinic Office Supervisor to join our team! The Clinic Office Supervisor reports to the director of the physician practice. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for review of daily reports and implementing any necessary modifications. 
  • Responsible for ensuring staff corrects insurance errors.
  • Copay/up front collections tracking.
  • Responsible for patient scheduling processes.
  • Maintains disaster recall list.
  • Responds to overhead pages.
  • Liaison to support departments.
  • Maintains staff schedules, including call schedules.
  • Reviews API and TASS systems.
  • Monitors attendance daily.
  • Responsible for performance reviews and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for resolution and reporting of patient complaints.
  • Orders and maintains adequate supplies within or under budget.
  • Schedules templates kept current.
  • Oversees referral/scheduling process.
  • Review clinic processes and ensures up to date with Joint Commission/LMH policies.
  • Completes charge audits for profitability. 
  • Updates patient and clinic forms.
  • Responsible for brochure tracking.
  • Responsible for print shop orders.
  • Maintains the drug sample log sheet oversight.
  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of four (4) years previous related experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years healthcare experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.

 

Preferred: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
