We’re looking for you.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Athletic Trainer to join our team! This position is responsible for providing athletic training services to student-athletes under the direction of the Medical Director or by written referral from a physician in accordance with the Kansas State Athletic Training Act.  Acts as a health and medical advocate for the student athlete in order to obtain safe and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develops treatment strategies and intervention programs.
  • Demonstrates equipment modalities used in treatments.
  • Documents treatments per Medical Director of the program.
  • Provides continuous education to students/staff and public.
  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Athletic Trainer (AT) license in Kansas.
  • ATC credential through NATA/BOC.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support.


Preferred:

  • 2 Years of experience.
