High Performing Team Effectiveness Consultant, Associate

As a High Performing Team Effectiveness Consultant, you will guide groups through meaningful development experiences that strengthen how they work together. You’ll pair LHH’s proprietary team effectiveness model and diagnostic along with your proven facilitation methods to lead senior teams on powerful journeys. Your efficient blend of coaching, facilitating and consulting will allow you to collaborate with leaders, HR partners, and team members to surface insights, address challenges, and build healthier team dynamics. With a blend of business perspective and systemic coaching expertise, you’ll create an environment where teams can grow, adapt, and sustain long-term success.

In this role you can expect to

Key Responsibilities

 

Service Delivery:

  • Delivery and debrief of LHH’s proprietary Team Effectiveness diagnostic
  • End to end consultation and facilitation of team journeys with up to 20 team members
  • Co-facilitation with Team Effectiveness bench member for more than 10 participants
  • Consultation with team leader, HR partner and LHH consultant before, during and after the journey             
  • Facilitate learning environments that utilize dynamic conversation, participant movement and  thought-provoking questions over planned content
  • Lead regular debrief calls with key clients to discuss project status and enhancements.

Professional Development:

  • Take an active role in own development by participating in meetings held by relevant professional associations.
  • Participate in LHH Team Effectiveness training opportunities.

All About You

  • Fluent in systemic coaching interventions that include mapping and spatial orientation
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen by understanding and participating in contextual dialogue
  • Knowledge of core team development research, methodology and approaches
  • Comfortable observing team conflict and tension, while armed with appropriate interventions
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen
  • Strong comfort level with session design and delivery.

  • Compensation: $100 - $300 per hour up to 30 hours per week

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
