Marketing Campaign & Content Manager, LHH UKI - Career Transition & Mobility 

As the Marketing Campaign and Content Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all lead generation marketing campaigns including creating associated content and insight within UK & Ireland. You will support LHH's key lines of services: Career transition, career development and mobility, and ICEO. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales and solutions teams, and external vendors to implement lead generation and brand awareness campaigns aligned to our POV on key HR themes.

 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing of UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for creating and delivering top of the funnel marketing campaigns and nurturing prospects down the funnel to PQL status foe the SDR and sales team to pick up and convert.

The creation of original content and insight will be vital to the success of these lead gen campaigns.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead gen and brand awareness campaign implementation:
    • Devise and implement a regular lead gen/brand awareness top of the funnel and measurable nurturing activities.
    • Activate multi-channel campaigns to engage and connect with the target audience
    • Use multiple mediums to attract attention, educate and create opportunities.
    • Develop top of the funnel leads through a multi-step engagement process to convert them PQL status for the SDR team to pick up.
    • Work with the data team to analyse all touch points to optimise current and future campaigns to hit PQL target.
       
  • Content creation:
    • Coordinate and contribute to the creation of original content and insights to strengthen lead gen, brand awareness and thought leadership positioning.
    • Content creation output to be across various mediums for multi-channel usage.
    • Work with Sales and Solution leads to identify relevant content opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to create new content.
       
  • Campaign effectiveness:
    • Implement and measure campaign ROI across multiple marketing channels including 3rd party, paid, web, social media, digital.
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders – primarily internal marketing, sales, sales enablement, and business development to drive local support for UK & Ireland campaigns.
    • Partner with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure there is a constant flow of information, market intelligence and joint messaging outreach.

 

All About You

  • Experience of working in a B2B corporate environment and delivering effective B2B lead gen and brand awareness campaigns
  • Min. 3+ years of experience of B2B marketing campaign delivery.
  • Creative and customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on high quality delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Expertise in leveraging digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead gen and nurturing through the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and report on campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
