ICEO Executive Branding Editor
Description
The International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) is LHH’s global boutique practice, advising executives at the highest levels across industries as they onboard into new roles, lead through new and changing environments, and navigate retirements and transitions.
The ICEO Executive Branding Editor is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency, and polish across executive‑level career and branding documents. This role reviews and refines high‑impact materials—including executive resumes/CVs, biographies, and board profiles—to ensure clarity, consistency in tone and branding, and alignment with ICEO quality standards.
The Executive Branding Editor partners closely with Resume Writers and ICEO Advisors to support the delivery of market‑ready documents for senior leaders and board‑ready executives. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. This is an associate (hourly), remote‑based role within the United States.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Proofread and review high‑level executive documents including resumes/CVs, executive biographies, board profiles, and related branding materials
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, style, formatting, and executive branding across all written content
- Collaborate closely with ICEO Advisors and Executive Writers to address feedback and implement required document updates
- Apply editorial best practices to improve clarity, flow, and readability while preserving the executive’s authentic voice and positioning
- Maintain, refine, and update internal style guides, branding standards, and proofreading checklists
- Ensure all materials adhere to organizational guidelines, brand standards, and industry best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and service-level expectations
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of revisions and progress within internal systems
- Uphold professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when working with executive‑level clients
All About You
- 2+ years of professional editing, proofreading, or content quality review experience; executive‑level or professional career content experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with advanced grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and style expertise
- Strong familiarity with executive resumes, CVs, biographies, and board‑focused content
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including track changes and advanced document formatting
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and consistently apply style guides and branding standards
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with writers, advisors, and stakeholders
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Experience in using web-based collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom and Microsoft Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

- Compensation: $60.00 per hour
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
