Overview
As a Business Banking Specialist, you’ll guide our existing business owners through setting up the right business bank accounts with our trusted partners, making it easy for them to take the next step in growing their companies. By providing confident, professional support on every call and keeping meticulous records, you’ll do more than just process accounts—you’ll strengthen client relationships, drive revenue, and be a key contributor to our company’s success.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
You will
- Call and consult existing business owners to set up their business bank accounts with our partner banks.
- Guide clients through the account-opening process, clearly explaining options, benefits, and next steps.
- Strengthen client relationships by providing professional, thorough support and positioning our services as an ongoing resource.
- Work in a performance-driven environment, consistently aiming to meet and exceed call, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Stay organized and proactive by managing your pipeline, following up with clients, and documenting all activities and contacts accurately.
You have
- Proven ability to engage customers over the phone, confidently addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
- A motivated, ambitious mindset with strong enthusiasm and optimism, committed to long-term growth and tackling challenges head-on.
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives by providing top-tier assistance.
- A polished, respectful, and professional presence in every interaction.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Preferably 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
- Preferably 1 year of call center experience, managing high call volumes and multitasking effectively.
The compensation range for this role is $37,440 + monthly performance-based incentive bonus.
