This position will be SF Bay Area or LA Metro. 


As an Affiliate Operations Manager at LegalZoom, reporting to the Group Manager of Partner & Affiliate Operations, you will play a key role in driving our affiliate program's success by providing regular and timely business and data analysis while looking for new growth opportunities for current and new affiliates. You will be responsible for executing strategies to grow and optimize our affiliate relationships, ensuring alignment with our partnerships and business goals. 


You will 

       Analyze affiliate data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. 

       Utilize tracking and analytics tools to monitor the performance of affiliate campaigns. 

       Provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of affiliate marketing efforts. 

       Evaluate the ROI/ROAS of affiliate marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. 

         Execute affiliate performance strategies that align with LegalZoom's business objectives. 

       Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners. 

       Onboard new affiliates while addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their needs are met. 

       Collaborate with marketing to communicate updates, promotions, and marketing assets to affiliates. 

       Monitor and share industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing. 

       Provide regular gap analysis to identify and target affiliate partners within the legal services and related industries. 

       Generate regular reports on affiliate partner and program performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to management. 

You have 

         Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

         3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or legal services industry. 

         Experience with CJ, Impact Radius, Shareasale, or equivalent platforms 

         Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 

         Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills. 

         Hands-on and proficient in affiliate marketing tools and platforms. 

         Results-driven and able to work independently. 

         Some travel required to meet with affiliates and/or attend industry events. 

         Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of affiliate marketing is a plus.

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $87,800 to $113,750 and actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
