What You’ll Do: 

The Head of Investor Relations, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, will oversee investor relations and manage investor communications. 

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Serve as point person for all investor presentations, marketing materials, conference presentations and other relevant materials 
  • Foster, develop, and maintain relationships with individual investors and sell-side analysts to provide up-to-date information about the company and market trends, with the goal of communicating our long-term vision 
  • Partner with senior leadership to define our external investment thesis and ensure alignment of that external messaging with internal operating plans and corporate goals 
  • Ensure the executive team is up to date on investor and analyst perceptions of the company and implement any necessary course corrections in messaging or relationship management 
  • Build strong internal cross-functional relationships while partnering with key stakeholders across the company to execute the quarterly earnings process, press releases, earnings call materials, conference call scripts, SEC filings, shareholder meetings, capital markets events and the company website 
  • Contribute to the company’s ESG Program and maintain external ESG communications 
  • Provide direction for a flexible financial model that allows for scenario analysis and emulates how external parties may be modeling the business 
  • Prepare various type of competitive benchmarking and analyses  



  • Substantial experience in managing investor relations, preferably with a public company 
  • Deep understanding of financial data and financial modeling capability 
  • Conducts all interactions with the highest standards of professionalism, maturity and polish 
  • Ability to personally create impactful presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other software applications 
  • Ability to manage numerous time-sensitive matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to quickly assess complicated situations and articulate specific recommendations based on facts and first-hand experience 
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding both individual and team goals 
  • Customer committed, including ensuring the needs of external and internal customers are met 
  • Self-directed, rolls up the sleeves and overcomes obstacles 
  • Sets, pursues and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency 
  • Demonstrates confidence and assertiveness in an interpersonal manner 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Experience giving effective presentations to key decision makers 
  • Collaborative attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility 
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
