Communication Specialist
Description
LeadVenture is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Corporate Communications Specialist who wants to shape how LeadVenture is perceived — internally, externally, and publicly. You will leverage your expertise in corporate communications, reputation management, and social media to strengthen our public narrative, protect and elevate our brand reputation, and ensure the company speaks with a consistent, credible voice across all channels. This role is the central force behind LeadVenture’s corporate-level communications — owning everything from press releases and executive messaging to online review strategy and social media presence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
• Draft and manage corporate communications, including press releases, executive announcements, and company-wide updates.
• Support internal and external communications tied to mergers, acquisitions, and major corporate milestones.
• Develop and maintain corporate messaging frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across audiences.
• Draft proactive and reactive customer communications, including messaging during service disruptions or product issues.

REPUTATION & REVIEW MANAGEMENT
• Own and manage online review responses across multiple brands and platforms (BBB, Google, Facebook, Capterra, G2, etc.), ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement.
• Develop and lead a structured review strategy — including how LeadVenture asks for reviews, responds to feedback, and monitors public reputation.
• Maintain a playbook of tone standards and response protocols that ensure consistency across brands and teams.
• Monitor public sentiment and surface reputation trends to leadership with actionable recommendations.

CAMPAIGN SUPPORT (M&A, CORPORATE & REPUTATION)
• Lead communications planning and campaign coordination for mergers, acquisitions, and other major corporate events.
• Support campaigns tied to public and professional reputation — including initiatives that shape how customers, partners, and prospects perceive LeadVenture and all the go-to-market brands.
• Bring structure and organization to how the company communicates at scale, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track.

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Own and manage LeadVenture and all the go-to-market brands' corporate-level social media presence with clear, well-crafted content aligned to brand voice and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that reflects corporate priorities, milestones, and thought leadership.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to ensure corporate social is coordinated with broader campaigns and announcements.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
• 2–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong writing skills, including experience drafting press releases, executive messaging, and corporate communications.
• Experience owning or managing online review response programs or other public-facing feedback channels.
• A strategic mindset around reputation — understanding how public perception is built, protected, and repaired.
• Experience with corporate or brand-level social media management.
• Exposure to crisis communication or reactive customer messaging.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional communications initiatives or M&A-related communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with comfort in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred.
• SaaS, B2B, or multi-brand organization experience preferred.
