Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst, AI Accelerator Group
Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)
We are building a new, specialized AI Accelerator Group. This team's mission is to enable and accelerate AI adoption across our entire business by designing and building end-to-end AI solutions. This isn't just a role; it's a chance to be a member of the team that will redefine our products and our industry.
As the Product Owner on this team, you are the bridge between a business problem and an AI-powered solution. You won’t just gather requirements; you will engage directly with business units to identify opportunities, define solutions, and shape the art of the possible.
 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • You will translate complex business needs into a clear product vision, crafting the epics and user stories that will guide the engineering team.
  • You will build, prioritize, and maintain the team's backlog, ensuring its alignment with the strategic AI roadmap.
  • You will own the "why" behind every feature and be the evangelist for your products within the company.
  • You will influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring successful product launches.
You will thrive in this role if you have :
  • You are passionate about building great software and excited by the challenge of working with Generative AI.
  • You are a strong global collaborator, comfortable connecting with colleagues across different time zones.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS business.
  • You excel in an Agile/Scrum environment and love working hand-in-glove with engineering teams.
  • You are a master communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to any audience.
  • You are driven by curiosity, a great work ethic, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with automotive or dealership software is a plus.
