About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Identify prospects, pursue, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients from designated vertical markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligning with company objectives and regional markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for accurate forecasting, dashboards on pipeline health, win rates, and revenue.
Institutional Relationship Management
  • Expertise in Business Development with organizations, instititions, associations and entities within the Banking, Financing, Insurance, Legal, and Real Estate vertical markets, but not the least. 
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders .
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Strategic Market Development 
  • Map and segment the institutional market to identify high‑value prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting institutional segments, and supporting in organizing events in the region.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Provide market intelligence to leadership to support strategic planning.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration 
  • Work closely with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams during proposal and contract stages.
  • Support internal teams with client insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.
 
 
About You - Essential Qualifications:
 
 
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development within the SaaS industry , institutional sales, or key account management within Banking, Finance institutions, Insurance, Real Estate, and Legal corporations.
  • Experience working with large organizations such as banks, corporates, government agencies, or investment institutions.
  • Background in financial services, technology, consulting, education, or similar sectors (depending on your industry).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • English and Cantonese a must, Mandarin also preferable.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
