Laserfiche’s Presales team is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Presales Engineer I who’s excited to become a product expert, deliver compelling demos, and empower our Solution Providers to effectively sell the Laserfiche platform. If you enjoy solving complex problems, communicating technical concepts with clarity, and working across diverse projects and teams, this role offers a dynamic environment to grow and shine.
As a Presales Engineer I, you'll become an expert in Laserfiche software, with knowledge of the product suite inside and out. You'll have an opportunity to work with a wide range of people across a variety of projects – you may be asked to present customer demos, pulled into a sales calls to answer technical questions, asked to give a webinar, or consulted to help design a solution for a customer's business needs. In the role, you'll have a chance to exercise problem-solving and communication skills while fine-tuning general technical knowledge. The ideal candidate is someone well-rounded, driven to find the best solution, and open to continuous learning.
Location:
- Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
- Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver overviews and proof-of-concept demonstrations for potential customers
- Build solutions using Laserfiche software to solve customers’ business needs
- Break down technical details into information that’s useful and tailored to the audience
- Work with our expansive network of Solution Providers to provide technical consulting via email, conference calls, and presentations
- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and answer questions about the Laserfiche software in both Spanish and English
- Teach at Laserfiche’s annual conference
About You - Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use knowledge, creativity, and methodical thinking to identify innovative solutions
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, such as software, networking, databases, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence on technical topics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
- $75,000 - $87,000 per year
