Laserfiche is looking for a Director of Sales, EMEA to serve as an anchor for our Ireland hub of EMEA operations and be integral in the Laserfiche organization scaling our business development throughout the territory. This individual will direct and drive regional revenue growth, leading both direct and channel sales teams, and executing a scalable go-to-market engine across diverse markets. Additionally, the Director of Sales, EMEA position is responsible for directing, overseeing and assessing the professional development of the EMEA sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the global organization’s strategy for the EMEA region, while aligning with the VP of Sales’ objectives to identify new partner relationships and sales opportunities. 
This role is responsible for engaging the EMEA Sales organization to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, driving efficiencies, while focusing on all customer account relationships for expansion in addition to promoting net new account sales opportunities.  A core focus of the role is possessing the ability to collaborate timely and with all stakeholders within the organization and externally, including  with relationships with VP- and C-level executives within strategic accounts.  The goal for such collaboration is fostering new and expansion campaign strategies and achieve (and then some) quarterly and annual revenue targets.
 



About the Role - Key Responsibilities:  
  • Own EMEA revenue targets and deliver actual-to-target performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual results
  • Collaborate with marketing and execute the regional GTM strategy, aligning with global organizational objectives, taking into account market maturity and customer needs
  • Lead, coach, and scale high-performing direct sales teams with a positive organizational/team focused approach in alignment with global sales strategies and operational procedures
  • Develop and manage a partner ecosystem (SPs, MSPs, Sis, TPs, RPs) to expand market reach
  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and commercial excellence
  • Support strategic enterprise opportunities, including executive engagement and deal governance
  • Identify priority markets, segments, and verticals to drive focused regional growth
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to refine packaging, positioning, and demand generation
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture
  • Represent regional insights to global leadership team to influence product and strategic planning

About You - Essential Qualifications: 
  • 12+ years of B2B and B2C SaaS sales leadership, including 5+ years directing EMEA-wide teams
  • Success leading both direct and channel sales motions with consistent overachievement
  • Experience managing teams and selling into mid‑market and enterprise customers
  • Strong background in partner ecosystem development and channel program execution
  • Expertise in GTM strategy, forecasting, negotiation, and SaaS metrics
  • Ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders, and operate within a matrixed global environment
  • Deep understanding of major EMEA markets and cultural/regulatory nuances
  • English required; German strongly preferred
  • Experience scaling SaaS revenue to $100M+ ARR
