Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Finance team, the Junior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the International Finance team with financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives across the International regions.  This role is intended for an early-career professional who combines solid technical skills with a strong analytical mindset and desire to grow within a dynamic finance organization.

About the Role:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to support commercial decision making and management reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly financial updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional goals.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying and implementing enhancements to reporting workflows using tools like Power Query and advanced Excel.
• Perform variance analysis and support preparation of commentary and business insights under guidance from senior finance colleagues.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and familiarity with Power BI and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L structure; strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
