Who We’re Looking For:

Reporting to the CHRO and working as a part of the global Human Resources team, the Manager Total Rewards will play a critical role in shaping Laborie’s Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role leads the annual compensation cycle and management of the organization’s benefits programs, as well as the supporting communication strategies to drive awareness and understanding of total rewards, to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.

 

About the Role:

  • Lead Total Rewards Strategic Initiatives: Manage the global compensation program including critical projects such as the annual compensation cycle ensuring consistency and fairness in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Benefits Programs: Develop and oversee a comprehensive suite of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other ancillary benefits, leveraging a broad understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Wellbeing Program: Design and implement wellbeing initiatives tailored to the unique cultural, social, and health needs of Laborie employees globally.
  • Develop Total Rewards Communication Strategies: Implement communication plans to enhance awareness and understanding of total rewards with clear, engaging materials, and organize regular information sessions to ensure employees know how to maximize their rewards and benefits.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits. 
  • Compensation design expertise, implementation of compensation frameworks and job architecture models, experience with equity-based compensation, and M&A preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits programs, including health and retirement plans, well-being programs, including mental and physical health initiatives, leave of absence programs, including FMLA, disability, and workers' compensation. 
  • HR certification (CCP) is a plus.
