Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the EMEA Sales team, the International Distribution Manager will develop and implement sales growth strategies and market penetration plans with Laborie’s distribution partners internationally.  In partnership with the Global Business Units and the EMEA strategic plan, the International Distribution Manager will help support the growth of the distribution market revenue, while ensuring the sales teams have the knowledge, tools, and programs that generate demand and enable successful marketing and selling.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute regional distribution sales plans guided by the marketing strategy and the assigned Laborie portfolio and territory.  Support the distributors managing the Laborie portfolio in the assigned territory.
  • Produce monthly forecasting, market-specific, and manage initiatives, pricing and training.  Lead cross-functional/departmental teams to create product-related results.
  • Build market intelligence, identify and monitor industry trends and competitor activities, act as a focal point for the GBU’s to gather and provide international market expertise and knowledge for initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues in multiple areas including sales, R&D, marketing, regulatory, commercial operations, training, medical affairs, and legal to bring solutions to the market. 
  • Lead sales campaigns to create awareness and adoption, work with distributors to develop growth plans and positioning, collateral, web presence, training, and support for planning and executing solutions.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device products and sales management.
  • Strong analytical skills and track record in translating analysis into actions that impact business.
  • Ability to operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and technical resources from multiple areas of the company.
  • Experience working with clinicians and KOLs.
  • Fluency in English, willingness to travel.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree desirable.
