I denne rolle vil du stå for indtastning af standardordrer og yde support til interne og eksterne kunder i EMEA-regionen via e-mail og telefon. Din evne til at bevare overblikket og arbejde struktureret sikrer, at ordrer håndteres effektivt og inden for de aftalte tidsfrister.

Dine hovedopgaver omfatter:

  • Kundesupport: Yd førstelinje support til kunder i EMEA-regionen via e-mail og telefon, og løs henvendelser i henhold til vores fastlagte serviceniveauer.
  • Ordrehåndtering: Indtastning og opfølgning af ordrer, hvor du håndterer hver eneste henvendelse professionelt og effektivt.
  • Problemhåndtering: Løs kundens spørgsmål og udfordringer hurtigt og præcist; videregiv uafklarede problemer til relevante support-specialister.
  • Rapportering: Overvåg og rapportér tilbagevendende problemer til ledelsen for løbende optimering af vores processer.

 

Dine Kvalifikationer

Vi leder efter en person, der:

  • Har erfaring med kundeservice, gerne i en international virksomhed.
  • Besidder stærke kommunikationsevner både engelsk og evt. andre europæiske sprog.
  • Arbejder struktureret, detaljeret og er god til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt.
  • Har kendskab til CRM- og ordresystemer (erfaring med SAP er et plus).
  • Er en teamplayer med et højt serviceniveau og kan tilpasse sig en dynamisk arbejdsdag.

This position can be either hybrid, based in Enschede, Netherlands, or fully remote, based in the Munich area or Denmark.

Who We’re Looking For: 

As a key member of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Representative will facilitate the input of standard orders for external customers in the EMEA region.

 

About the Role:

  • Provides first-line Support within the EMEA region to internal and external customers via email support/resolution to requests according to defined service levels, while demonstrating expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Interacts with customers via telephone and e-mail, to solve problems related order to cash process.
  • Assures that all activities are performed according to agreed schedules.
  • Escalates unresolved calls to appropriate support specialists and alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education level: MBO+ / HBO level with experience in similar function
  • Fluency in Danish, German and English is required, knowledge of Dutch is a bonus 
  • Computer literate, network knowledge required 

Preferred Qualification

  • Good social and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in SAP beneficial
