Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the House Keeper we have been looking for? We are currently seeking a house keeper who will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the residence. This position is ideal for someone interested in working and cleaning for residents with mental health issues in a small setting. As our House Keeper, you will be able to work independently to provide a clean and welcoming community!

The Merrimack Center, a DMH licensed and JCAHO accredited program, provides exceptional residential services for adolescents ages 13 to 18 with major mental illness, intellectual disabilities, autism and complex trauma histories.  We provide comprehensive therapeutic care including an onsite special education school, full onsite clinical services, nursing staff, occupational therapy, and a 24 hour therapeutic milieu within a locked residential treatment program.   
Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week, with schedule flexibility
Salary: $20/hr

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Housekeeping experience preferred.
  • At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our residents.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
