Berkshire Meadows is a residential facility for children and adults with severe intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs.

In this position, you will work alongside our interdisciplinary team. The Physical Therapist is responsible for working with our residents with a wide range of disabilities; introducing sensory activities and assisting staff with ADL and academic skill development.

Schedule: 4-5 hours per week

What You'll Do:

• Oversee direct PT services and consultations for a special needs population with complex special needs and chronic health issues
• Perform evaluations and formulate individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Initial and on-going assessments
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Works cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Applicant must be positive, energetic, flexible, and a team player that can complement Berkshire Meadows’ amazing culture. 
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
• Education: BS, MSPT, DPT.
• License/Certification: PT in the State of MA.
