Project Manager
Description
iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall delivery of the digital intelligent manufacturing system at both the manufacturing base and production line levels, ensuring the delivery plan, execution, and deliverables align with the project management standards.
- Provide domain-specific intelligent manufacturing system product combinations and deliver system products according to business needs.
- Implement the integration of multiple systems to deliver comprehensive intelligent manufacturing production solutions.
- Participate in the assignment of internal and external junior-level consultants, manage tasks, and track outcomes.
- Oversee and provide 24/7 intelligent manufacturing operations and maintenance service teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in software requirement analysis and at least one product prototype design tool (e.g., Axure, Master Go, Mob, Ink Knife) with the ability to create coherent documentation using tools like Word, PPT, Visio, and Brain Map.
- Basic development experience with a familiarity in database development (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with at least one development language (e.g., Java).
- PMP certification.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and local languages.
Preferred Skills:
- More than 4 years of work experience.
- Ability to accurately understand and capture user requirements.
- Strong communication skills, especially in business streamlining, ensuring timely and accurate achievement of customer objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- A background in manufacturing information systems is preferred.
- Capable of leading a team to independently complete tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, communication, and cooperation skills, with the ability to handle work pressures.
Primary Location Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 base
