iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Director to join our Team!
Remote Opportunity
 
Summary:
This role operates remotely within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. 2-3 times a month onsite client visits and travel are required for this position.
 
iSoftStone is looking for a technology leader to support several major international accounts engagements as well as the service delivery. The position is based in East coast with the development and support teams primarily in US, India, China, and Malaysia. As a key member of our retail organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of retail solutions, particularly focusing on the Hybris e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail operations, a proven track record of successful Hybris implementations, and strong leadership skills.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Project Leadership: 
  • Manage 2-4 iSoftStone’ s accounts ( ~$10MM+ iSoftStone’ s revenue) in all dimensions of new opportunities engagement, existing projects and support maintenance. 
  • Maintain excellent client relationship and high satisfaction ratings. 
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines. 
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. 
 Retail Operations: 
  • Collaborate with retail stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. 
  • Drive the implementation of retail systems, including Online, POS, Omni-channels, ERP, OMS and WMS 
  • Demonstrate strong AI knowledge for CPG industry. 
  • Hybris E-commerce Expertise. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SAP Hybris e-commerce platform. 
  • Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Hybris solutions to meet business requirements. 
Cross-functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy. 
 
Vendor Management: 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners. 
  • Evaluate and select vendors for retail technology solutions, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery.
     
Quality Assurance: 
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of retail and Hybris solutions. 
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of deliverables.
    Team Development:
     
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on emerging technologies and industry best practices. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in delivering retail technology solutions with a focus on the SAP Hybris platform. 
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record of leading complex projects from initiation to completion. 
  • In-depth understanding of retail operations, including POS systems and inventory management. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. 
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. 
  • Leadership experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
     
Preferred Skills: 
  • SAP Hybris Certification. 
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in retail and e-commerce. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Primary Location Pay Range:  $180k - $200k per year
