Summary:
Are you passionate about technology? Do you love building relationships and sharing cool innovative ways to help grow and develop business? As a Client Partner, you will have direct ownership of a large sports retail client and will be responsible for generating new client engagements, expanding existing business, and building business relationships with procurement leaders, budget owners, and decision makers. You will partner closely with our internal Engineering, Delivery, and Practice to drive strategic growth initiatives for iSoftStone.
We’re seeking someone with a high degree of curiosity & learning agility, excellent strategic account planning & project organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively across technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the account growth strategy for our global retail client organizations.
- Lead technical conversations with business stakeholders to highlight and evangelize iSoftStone’s service offerings and capabilities.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and innovative solutions to client stakeholders with the support of our internal engineering teams.
- Work with internal sales and account teams to develop, apply, and track sales strategies.
- Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets.
- Lead and oversee realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities.
- Partner with delivery leads to understand their business and strategy, and thereby elevate the ability of iSoftStone to better position ourselves for growth.
- Provide client-facing communication that represents the quality of our delivery - i.e. Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, capabilities and services, etc.
- Manage opportunity and account information timely and accurately within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or similar areas of study or work experience within a relevant industry.
- 5+ years of sales management in the technology and/or consumer products industry strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a $3M - $5M client portfolio.
- Previous retail and e-commerce client experience required.
- Ability to engage and manage business discussion within senior management levels (internal and client-facing).
- Experience in successfully implementing and executing various account management activities (account planning, organizational mapping and strategy, etc.)
- Technical experience and aptitude to look at a business problem and identify and define innovative solutions; ability to think strategically and provide problem-solving solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability foster long-term relationships.
- Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
- Ability to improve and create account management materials and processes.
- Demonstrated success generating and developing new business opportunities.
Primary Location Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 base + commission
