Insurity’s Next Senior Project Manager
This position will drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers while reporting to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Insurity. Our Project Managers manage multiple projects through control, coordination, and the reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across those projects. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects for insurance entities.
What Our Project Manager Will Do
  • Own the project information keeping detailed records of all project activities and correspondence.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding tasks, strategies, schedules, and plans.
  • Act as a conduit for communication between all participants in the project especially between lnsurity and the customer.
  • Incorporate any changes in effort or duration into the project plan and status report.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot any day-to-day issues including the tracking of dependencies.
  • Monitor and meet all project milestones while following agreed upon processes for interaction with other departments.
  • Monitor and report hour usage to stay within the approved hours.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Focused on creating project artifacts independently and working on moderate complexity efforts without assistance. Able to execute on all projects once defined.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the property & casualty insurance industry recommended. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel is rare but possible.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

We have five Core Values at Insurity; one of which is to Act with Integrity.  Providing pay transparency helps you make the best decision for you.  We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps.  Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $77,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.
