Insurity’s Next Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator
The Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for providing critical support, administration & maintenance of key sales systems (including Salesforce and other sales and marketing-oriented platforms), utilized by the Sales operations team and overall sales and marketing organizations. This support and administration work will include handling user requests, performing configuration and mapping, helping maintain data quality and integrity, UAT testing, maintaining and updating sales operation standard operating procedures and sales execution processes, and when needed, determining how best to utilize and leverage specific sales platforms and technology vendors to secure the highest return on investment and impact.
The Sales Enterprise Application Administrator will also participate in special projects and programs, from process improvements to process reinvention, or transformation initiatives leveraging AI, all focused on supporting Insurity’s achievement of annual ARR bookings and revenue goals.
The Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator will also participate in and support data mining and data analysis projects to assist the Revenue Operations leader and management team to drive sales insights across the business.

Please note that this candidate should be able, as needed or scheduled, to work during either early morning or late evening US Eastern Standard Time hours, to overlap or coincide with Insurity’s sales organization and sales leadership team, who are primarily located in the US Eastern Standard and European time zone.
What Our Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator
Will Do
- Support and administer assigned existing corporate applications.
- Introduce in-app reports, dashboards and views based on different sales and marketing or other user requirements and enable business stakeholders to leverage other means that can provide them with required insights.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and a main point of contact in the projects that involve changes to the assigned app suite.
- Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to medium and high complexity problems encountered.
- Create and maintain sales operational knowledgebase documentation, as well as standard operating procedures, to enable users to leverage available tools to automate manual processes, implement business processes and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes.
- Support teams and senior executives with their reporting needs by developing dashboards either directly in an assigned app or through PowerBI in collaboration with other teams.
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and training of sales tools available in the assigned application suite.
- Extract and communicate insights from complex data—especially in a Sales or GTM environment.
- Collect data from various internal databases, industry reports, and external sources.
- Monitor all data issues between various systems and find opportunities to drive process improvements
- Assist in developing analysis and insights on sales data for Sales Operations and Executive team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify problems and potential solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships with team members.
- As needed, serve as the point of contact and maintain relationships for select sales and sales operations technology vendors or partners.
- Aide in identification of tools and processes in line with industry best practices, with foresight to provide consistent and valuable experience for the Sales organization.
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Create, manage, and support on how to leverage available tools for users to automate manual processes, implement business processes and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes
- In collaboration with relevant parties, recommend and document system access and permissions configurations to ensure compliance and enforce best practices.
- Keep up to date with select business system or vendor platform releases, features, and best practices, as assigned.
- Work with business users to identify impact and assist with test case development.
- Participate in special transformation, including AI transformation projects.
- Provide exceptional employee and management support.

Advanced knowledge and experience with:
- SAFe, Scrum, Agile and continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices
- Detail oriented team player with strong skills developing collaborative relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot user and system-level issues and deliver scalable and timely solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Managing reports in an assigned application suite and supported reporting applications
- An assigned application suite at admin and super-user level (example Salesforce Sales Cloud)
- Sales & Marketing Intelligence platforms or applications
- Financial Data & Analytics platforms
- CPQ and CPQ-like tools (Nue is a plus)
- AI Enterprise Search & Agents (Glean is a plus)
- Financial systems (Intacct is a plus)
- Power BI
- Smartsheet and other Project Management tools
- MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
