Triz Engineering Solutions is a premium product engineering and development company specializing in end-to-end turn-key commercial vehicle development. We provide end to end engineering services for commercial vehicle engineering and development from feasibility and conceptualization, through productionization and service support.




Client Acquisition and Retention:

Identify and target potential clients in the commercial vehicle development sector.

Foster and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and align our services to address those needs.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.


Market Analysis:

Conduct industry research to identify new market opportunities and understand current market trends.


Market Insights and Expansion:

Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and client feedback to inform and adjust the company's value proposition and services.

Monitor competitor offerings, their market share, and any potential threats or opportunities.

Explore and penetrate new markets or sectors while strengthening the company's position in existing markets.



Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.

Liaise with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the commercial vehicle development sector.


Sales and Reporting:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the VP of Business Development.



Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the commercial vehicle or engineering sector.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Where will you work? This position can be based in Birmingham, Alabama or Cape Town, South Africa, with the opportunity relocate to the United States
