Position at Triz Engineering Services America, LLC

Develop new business for Vorza, generating external revenue to the GVW companies, enabling them to foster strong commercial development.

Develop and refine the annual business development strategy to attract as well as retain clients by developing creative outreach strategies in coordination with the sales and marketing functions

Develop the Vorza brand as the preferred premium end to end commercial vehicle engineering solution in coordination with the sales and marketing functions

Develop maintain and report to the annual business development budget

Support and manage direct and indirect reporting functions

Develop overall key sales metrics to pro-actively track business development performance including direct and indirect reporting functions

Support and develop legal, commercial and technical agreements in support of new business development.

Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals, including:

Establishing key business relationships between Vorza and OEM's, Technology Partners, Regulators/Government, and other key stakeholders

Representation of Vorza / other relevant GVW Companies at trade shows and committees.

Sourcing and development of key personnel for Vorza and other relevant GVW companies (E.g. Triz US, Triz Advanced manufacturing) in support of Vorza’s growth goals

Research and provide consultation related to advanced technology for the relevant GVW Companies (E.g. Autocar, Triz companies, Parts) in support of strategic product planning

Work in line with the operational execution procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals

Perform in field technical support of key projects at any phase of execution as required

Identify and secure additional business opportunities to diversify the Vorza business

 

Key Annual Outcomes

New external *revenue (external funded) according to annual targets

Incremental *revenue for long term contracts in support of annual targets

*Excludes revenue classified under “Other” such as typical pass through costs to customer, including Travel, Hardware and other costs / expenses.
