Position: Assistant Community Manager

Location: Dallas or Surrounding Areas
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support one of our apartment communities in the Dallas region. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting daily property operations.
 
What You Will Do
  • Warmly engage and welcome guests and residents upon entering the office
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and residents
  • Identify prospect needs, overcome objections, and lease apartment homes
  • Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner to complete tasks and resolve issues
  • Prepare, obtain, and manage accurate legal lease documents according to company policies
  • Collect and post rent, manage delinquency, and assist with eviction processes as needed
  • Manage and process lease renewals
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
  • Assist callers with high-quality, caring customer service
  • Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative environment for coworkers and guests
  • Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and consistent follow-through
 
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Assistant Property Manager experience in the multifamily industry, along with the following:
  • Strong proficiency in leasing and Assistant Manager responsibilities
  • A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for new challenges
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities, maintain schedules, and meet goals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM systems
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while producing high-quality work and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
