Financial Analyst
Description
What You’ll Do
- Be a primary Finance business partner for assigned client groups and business units and assist in budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and general business support.
- Develop financial and operational models to analyze trends in sales, expenses, and other KPIs to provide insights and accurately forecast the business.
- Generate internal management reporting including PowerPoint presentations for month-end close, quarterly business reviews, annual budget presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Track cross-functional projects including CapEx and OpEx spend, as well as measuring savings and efficiencies generated.
- Support projects that will improve financial performance, financial compliance, and process efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related area
- Highly analytical, accurate, organized, and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Excel proficiency (modeling and forecasting); PowerPoint or other graphics presentation capability preferred
- Highly process-oriented
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the toy, entertainment or consumer products industries is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a related role is a plus
