The team

The Marketplace function is a new and exciting department to FC and you have a huge opportunity to join at the ground level as we build something that could be market changing. 

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader in London to join a strong and highly performing team. This role will lead a mixed group of Team Leaders and Sales Execs. 

  • Ensure your team deliver great customer outcomes by providing a great service, utilising our whole panel of lenders to drive solutions that work best for SME’s
  • Regular reporting of team performance to key stakeholders 
  • Building strong relationships with our partners and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their products + processes 
  • Focusing on quality through the funnel to minimise inefficiencies and manage risk
  • Working with the Marketplace Leadership team to find and deliver growth opportunities rapidly

Are you? 

  • Highly experienced in the SME lending market - ideally across multiple products/lenders
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed & deliver on your monthly goals
  • Passionate about building a high-performing team and committed to supporting the development of the people within it
  • In the detail and able to identify and communicate trends in performance 
  • Not afraid of a challenge, rather you are looking for one!
