What will you be doing? 

        End-to-end planning and delivery of one or more projects independently, creating transparent critical paths to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high quality. 

        Working cross-functionally to solve problems at pace. Identifying and anticipating barriers to achieve Funding Circles’ priority outcomes with structured-thinking. Driving momentum and holding leadership and peers to account.  

        Being an advocate for quality for our customers, internal users and partners. Working with experts across the business to identify and manage risks, confidently challenging where necessary and providing well-articulated opinions and recommendations to leadership. 

        Building mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, peers and/or external third parties (e.g. our vendors). Becoming a key thought partner for teams delivering change. 

        Defining, developing and embedding improvements to change governance across the business. 

        Taking a proactive role in developing and building great team culture. 

What we’re looking for  

        You’re experienced managing complex, cross-functional business change projects. 

        You are confident in engaging and managing a range of stakeholders, from associates to C-Suite, and create well functioning project teams. 

        You can quickly get to ‘expert status’ on new projects, whilst proactively supporting the people around you to do the same. 

        You thrive in a fast paced environment with motivated and highly experienced colleagues. 

        You are not afraid to speak up and can concisely and accurately communicate complex situations and guide stakeholders to make decisions. 

        You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and are tenacious in pursuing solutions and a willingness to learn. 

        Ideally, you have worked within a financial services and/or technology driven organisation either as an employee or as a consultant.
