What You Will Do
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Corporate FP&A Director to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Own consolidations process and board reporting to the Executive and Operating Committee.
  • Lead the long-term planning process and identify and interpret trends for expense structure and optimization.
  • Responsible for strategic business planning and development of financial frameworks to foster seamless cross functional projects (top-line, COGS, operating leverage, cash flow).
  • Prepare timely monthly flux and variance analyses and complete ad-hoc and other special projects as required by the business including operating expense efficiencies and owning cash flow forecasting model.
  • Create competitor benchmark reporting and other duties as assigned.

  • Analytical Skills:  Ability to work independently, think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative business data.
  • Financial and Business Acumen:  Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable goals to drive results in a rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Problem Solving Skills:  Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to influence at all levels, and to work effectively and assertively within a team environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally, in writing and be able to actively listen in diverse settings.
  • 10+ years of experience with growing level of responsibility in a finance organization.
  • Prior experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, a plus.
