What You Will Do

·       Design and maintain Forescout eyeExtend products to enable the orchestration of industry-leading security products in Advanced Threat Detection, Next-Generation Firewall, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and ITSM.

·       Work with APIs to integrate security data and enable automated actions in near real-time, empowering complex workflows and solutions.

·       Work with the product management and enablement teams to provide support and expertise for Forescout eyeExtend products.

·       Understand the evolving field of cybersecurity and how to best protect our customers.

What You Will Bring To Forescout

·       Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field with 3+ years of industry experience in developing enterprise software.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Hands-on experience with both interpreted and compiled languages, particularly in Java, Python, and/or Perl,

·       Working knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSH, IPv6, etc.

·       Working knowledge of Authentication and Authorization protocols like OAuth 2, Bear Token Authentication, and TLS.

·       Working knowledge of RESTful APIs

·       Self-starter and adaptable, with the ability to proceed with little direction.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams.
