- Analyse customer requirements to design a Forescout comprehensive and scalable technical solution.
- Develop solution architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure solution architecture aligns with best practices, industry standards, and client objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the technical aspects of their projects.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops and presentations to capture requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.
- Provide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop deployment strategies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and constraints.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices.
- Share knowledge and expertise with internal teams to foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop solution proposals.

- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in professional services.
- Consultative experience designing and advocating for best-practice solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking, security solutions, databases).
- Experience with system integration, and API design.
- Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Possess a current Forescout FSCE certification
- Relevant industry certifications a plus.
- CISSP and/or similar certification a plus.
