Job Summary
The Tooling Operations Specialist I owns the fulfilment process of tools across a large region providing direction over
order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other operational activities in a large sized tool
center that provides fulfillment globally. The Tooling Operations Specialist II will perform some or all of the functions
below in addition to other duties that may be assigned. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our
FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall management of tooling order process and tracking and analytics of tools utilizing
Tooling digital systems
• Manages all PO requests for items purchased by the Tool Center
• Assist with billing process as appropriate; manage data feed of billing systems and calculated invoices
• Connects with vendors to obtain and negotiate quotes for equipment or fabricated tools necessary for the
Tool Center
• Partner with Quality team to oversee Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and other onsite Quality measures
• Works closely with tool center team to foster a strong EHS culture.
• Proactively addresses potential EHS concerns and communicates safety measures to the team.
• Manages security within the tool center.
• Aggregate data and metrics for management team
• Clarifies tool requests with the region field teams who requested tool kits
• Build positive relationships with end field customers
• Receive and validate purchases that arrive in the tool center
• Provide general operations and guidance to Tooling Coordinators, Facility Managers and Logistics team as
necessary
• Plan and schedule tasks assigned by management
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel may be required
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Desired Characteristics
• Exercise excellent customer service, communication and management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
• Must be computer literate and able to create spread sheets and reports.
• Logistics experience with “goods-in / goods-out” protocol
