As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary:
The Region Operations Manager III will be responsible for developing and driving strategic growth initiatives, delivering customer value via key business metrics, optimization of our existing portfolio of contracts, leading the region operating rhythm, and contributing to the overall business strategy
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategic growth initiatives in accordance with the overall business strategy for the region
- Deliver customer value via key business metrics and optimization of existing portfolio of contracts
- Standardize operational processes and meet compliance requirements by establishing and maintaining operating rhythms across all segments, projects, and customers
- Work closely with the Operations Director, Service Director and Service Managers to investigate, analyze, and resolve outage execution issues, and drive operational excellence, rigor, and compliance on safety, quality, OTD, cost and productivity.
- Monitor region/subregion KPIs and support action plan toward meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leverage key productivity tools in lean and quality to deliver process excellence
- Monitor EHS/quality performance pre and post outage working with Site EHS Specialists and quality managers
- Travel may be required
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- English proficiency required

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college in Operations, Engineering,
- Management, or related field
- 10+ years of combined experience in business administration, operations, field services, engineering, or other
- related fields
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of field services experience
- English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent management, customer service, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated field engineering experience and strong mechanical/technical skills; expert in power generation
- outage maintenance
- Knowledge of power generation products, services, and installations
- Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Contractual Services Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is 103,000 to 169,800. This is an exempt from overtime position. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
