What you will do:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that elevate eXp’s presence across international platforms. You will manage content calendars, engage with our social media followers, and analyze metrics to optimize our social media growth and engagement. This role will also work closely with content and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
How you will grab our attention:
  • Social Media Strategy & Growth: Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive growth and engagement, with a focus on active engagement beyond simple posting.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Strong skills in creating, scheduling, and curating content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Excellent social listening skills with the ability to engage with followers during high-traffic times and adapt strategies to local contexts.
  • Platform-Specific Expertise: Experience in growing a social presence across international platforms, with an understanding of the unique requirements of each platform.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics, conducting A/B tests, and using insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
