What you will do: 
The Onboarding, Sr Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Onboarding Analysts, while being the frontline for Agent Onboarding along with assisting the Onboarding Analysts in their region. Is at the forefront of escalations or day-of questions from staff, other departments as well as State Brokers, agents, and other eXp partners. Assists with the successful completion of onboarding transitions from Individual to Team Agents.
  • Works in identifying additional training needs of staff and communicates any findings of inaccuracies throughout JoinApp, Enterprise, HubSpot, & various platforms used
  • Works to review and report staff metrics of Brokerages/Teams joining, Join App, Enterprise, and Hubspot
  • Works to provide feedback to the Onboarding Manager for testing  and support at launch/release of system improvements
  • Works on ensuring engagement during team building, departmental information, and training 
  • Works to ensure staffing coverage in their region
  • Works on collaboration and implementation of new processes and initiatives across the department
  • Works in Developing and updating training materials (SOPS) for staff
  • Attend weekly meetings with Onboarding Lead regarding Brokerage/Team Transitions
  • Maintain Brokerage/Team Transition tracker and rosters for their region 
  • Engages with Onboarding Group in Workplace posting information, sharing to other eXp Groups when appropriate
  • Oversees and is responsible for transition chats in their regions and/or the USA
  • Perform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.
  • Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality.
  • Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities or self-directed learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

  • Remote Work experience required 
  • Dedicated home-office/work space 
  • Advanced Trello experience preferred
  • Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely
  • BA/AA strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, Onboarding  environment with a focus on delivering a world-class customer service/experience;
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
  • Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver;
  • A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a “can do” attitude;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills;
  • Professional telephone skills;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
  • Positive, trustworthy and dependable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Ability to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision
